After three years of research and illustration, *The Great Book of Ryû* was published on 1 November 2025.

Conceived as a sequel to *The Great Book of Oni*, published in 2022, *The Great Book of Ryû* is also the result of several years of research. It invites readers to delve deeper into a subject that never ceases to fascinate: the myths and legends surrounding the dragons of the Far East, arguably the most famous of the yôkai, those creatures from Japanese folklore. In it, I meticulously present the epic tales drawn from Japanese and Chinese classics in their original languages, alongside French translations. I enrich my account with precise etymological explanations and bring it to life with original illustrations.
